Can I place a real order here?
Checkout shows whether orders are currently open. When you submit successfully, keep your order reference and follow its status. Payment is cash on handover only; no card payment is taken online.
Are prices and availability final?
Prices are in Egyptian pounds. Review product availability, delivery charges and the order total at checkout. Any detail awaiting the team's confirmation is shown before you submit.
What about allergies?
For ingredient or allergy questions, contact the team before ordering. Product descriptions are not a complete allergen list; confirm ingredients and possible cross-contact for your chosen products.
Will my box survive a language change?
